Tiller is on the lookout for a highly skilled Financial Controller to drive financial operations onsite in Calgary. You will play a key role, collaborating closely with the CEO and the leadership team while ensuring effective financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing detailed financial analyses and guiding strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements as per ASPE

• Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights

• Execute core accounting functions, including payroll and reconciliations

• Develop scalable financial processes and ensure compliance

• Partner with the CEO for financial modeling and performance analysis

Requirements:

• CPA designation with 5+ years' experience in finance

• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and advanced Excel/Google Sheets

• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
