Overview

As a Client Service Representative, you are the welcoming face of ATB, assisting clients with banking services and contributing to a high‑quality client experience. You will work as part of a dynamic team, ensuring every client interaction is positive and that clients feel valued.

• This is a unionized role
• This is a part-time opportunity at 2 days/week
• Based at the Calgary 8th Avenue Place branch; occasional travel to neighbouring branches may be required

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions and guidance
• Introduce and educate clients on digital banking tools and platforms to help manage their finances
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues efficiently
• Adhere to best practices, policies, and regulations; accurately process transactions and maintain security of branch assets
• Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment

• Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others
• Adaptable to change with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Grade 12 graduate (post-secondary business courses an asset) and strong numerical aptitude
• Proven customer service and/or sales experience
• Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus
• Preference given to candidates with previous banking experience
