Position: Finance Director Fixed-Term Contract
Join Heritage Park as Finance Director for a one-year term, overseeing pivotal financial functions and driving organization-wide fiscal accountability. Focus on cash management, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

In this temporary role, you will report to the CFO while managing the finance team and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance. Key responsibilities include budgeting oversight, cash-flow management, and leading external audits. The ideal candidate will support organizational goals with clear financial insights and foster collaboration within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting and analysis standards

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes

• Direct cash management and compliance with fund restrictions

• Supervise external audit process and relationship

• Enhance financial systems for better reporting accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• CPA or equivalent is required

• At least 10 years finance experience with 5+ in management

• Knowledge of non-profit standards is a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills
