This position involves instructing, advancing, and closing mortgage files in the Third-Party Residential Underwriting Division. You will interact with solicitors to confirm details and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant. Focus on meeting deadlines while maintaining quality customer service and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct and advance mortgage files efficiently

• Verify solicitor details and document compliance

• Organize mortgage files for proper processing

• Facilitate communication with solicitors for timely requests

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Preferred post-secondary education or relevant experience
