As a leader in retirement consulting, you will guide high-stakes client engagements and provide actionable, strategic insights. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, leading actuarial work, and driving business development efforts. You will shape solutions that address complex retirement challenges, advising senior leaders across various sectors while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client relationships and deliver impactful retirement consulting
• Advise on plan design, financial risk, and longevity
• Facilitate complex actuarial projects and non-routine engagements
• Contribute to market thought leadership initiatives
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting
• Proven capability in client leadership and engagement delivery
• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science or similar
• Fully qualified actuary (FSA/FCIA)
• Strong business development skills
