Position: Branch Administrator at CIBC
Drive efficient operations and client service as a Branch Administrator s full-time on-site role at Wood Gundy focuses on banking operations and administrative support.

As the Branch Administrator, you will oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service for both clients and staff. You'll work closely with Investment Advisors while managing office functions and monitoring branch profitability. A strong focus will be placed on enhancing operational efficiency and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and administration

• Oversee accounts payable for Manager approval

• Support Investment Advisors with trade orders

• Ensure adherence to customer service and operational standards

• Monitor branch budget and expenses for profitability

Requirements:

• Certified CIRO- in good standing

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

• Experience in banking operations and performance management
