Position: Credit Analyst Opportunity at ATCO
Join ATCO as a Credit Analyst to manage risk and support strategic decision-making across the business. Utilize analytical insights to drive informed credit recommendations in a collaborative environment.

This role emphasizes your analytical skills as you evaluate credit risk, monitor exposures, and prepare detailed reports. You will engage with colleagues across departments to ensure effective credit file maintenance and compliance with ATCO’s Credit Policy. Build valuable relationships while contributing to financial assurance management and risk mitigation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high-quality credit files for counter parties

• Monitor credit exposures and recommend risk mitigation

• Manage financial assurances like Guarantees and Letters of Credit

• Conduct daily exposure assessments and reconciliations

• Liaise with business units to resolve data inconsistencies

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• Commitment to continuing education or relevant designations

• Exposure to financial analysis in any capacity

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Direct credit experience in energy or construction is a plus
