Position: Member Service Representative IV Role

As a Lead Personal Banker, you will utilize your extensive experience to assist members in areas including savings, loans, and real estate products. You'll play a pivotal role in training team members and facilitating seamless service delivery. Your contribution will ensure that members receive tailored solutions that foster lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote credit union products and services effectively

• Resolve complex member issues and queries

• Guide new team members through training

• Process transactions for savings and loans

• Maintain compliance with banking regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED

• 5-7 years of relevant industry experience

• Mandatory Notary License

• Proficient in consumer loan processes

• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements
