Client Service Representative

Position: ATB Financial Client Service Representative
Be the friendly face of ATB Financial as a part-time Client Service Representative in Calgary. Engage clients, offer personalized banking solutions, and ensure positive client experiences.

In this unionized part-time role at ATB Financial, you will work 18 hours weekly, including Wednesday evenings on a rotating basis. Your focus will be on understanding client financial needs and introducing them to digital banking tools. You'll collaborate with internal teams to solve client issues and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with clients to understand financial goals

• Introduce clients to digital banking tools and platforms

• Collaborate with teams to resolve client issues efficiently

• Process transactions while maintaining security protocols

• Participate actively in team meetings and discussions

Requirements:

• Graduate of Grade 12; business courses are an asset

• Strong customer service and/or sales experience

• Familiarity with personal lending products is a plus

• Previous banking experience preferred

• Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills
