Position: Tax Associate Role in Global Mobility
Join Vialto as a Tax Associate focused on global mobility, offering hybrid work options. You will manage tax compliance for international employment, enhancing service delivery.

This role based in Calgary, Toronto, or Vancouver requires preparing personal income tax returns for Canadian and US clients. You will also draft tax memos and provide expert advice on employment-related tax issues. Work collaboratively with a global team while developing your analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file Canadian and/or US tax returns

• Research and write technical tax memos for clients

• Provide strategic advice on international employment taxes

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding client service

• Navigate complex tax issues with clear, critical thinking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Taxation

• Knowledge of Canadian and/or US individual tax

• Client-facing experience with strong communication skills

• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel and Alteryx

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
