Position: Mortgage Funder Role in Great Location
First National seeks a dedicated Mortgage Funder for Third Party Residential Underwriting. Operate within a supportive team environment while ensuring accurate file closure and advancement in a full-time capacity.

As a Residential Mortgage Funder, you will manage mortgage files, confirm solicitor details, and prepare necessary documentation.

Your role will emphasize organization and adherence to compliance while handling high volumes under tight deadlines. Collaboration and positive communication are crucial in this fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm solicitor information and authorize documentation

• Organize and check files for completeness

• Send instructional packages to solicitors promptly

• Review and address discrepancies in mortgage documents

• Communicate effectively to follow up on fund requests

Requirements:

• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational capabilities with a multitasking focus

• Preferred post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Competence in Microsoft Office and technology adaptation

• Completion of Mortgage Agent Course a plus
