We’re looking for a senior financial analyst in asset accounting & reporting to join our all-star team. We’re looking for:

  • Strong financial analysis & reporting: You demonstrate proficiency in evaluating financial data, identifying key trends, and preparing accurate reports to inform strategic decision-making. Your attention to detail and analytical skills enable you to interpret complex financial information, ensuring that recommendations are data-driven and aligned with organizational goals. You maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in all financial deliverables.

What you’ll do:

Here is a sample of what your workday may look like:

  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly revenue, O&M and capital costs for respective asset areas.
  • Prepare and review monthly AFFO/EBITDA level reports for review with Commercial and Operational Managers.
  • Prepare the comprehensive Annual Budget for designated operating facilities and prepare/coordinate the subsequent quarterly forecasts for each facility.
  • Understand asset area commercial contracts to ensure appropriate revenue recognition.
  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet account reconciliations as required.
  • Prepare, review, and facilitate asset area O&M and operations capital budgeting/forecasting and applicable variance analysis.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationship with frontline operations leaders, project managers, and commercial asset managers.
