Mortgage Renewal Analyst - CMHC Focus

Become a key player as a Mortgage Renewal Analyst in one of our Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary offices. This role is centered around CMHC-insured lending and managing client portfolios.

In this position, you will handle the end-to-end process of commercial mortgage loan renewals, facilitating success in negotiations and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include commercial underwriting and ensuring comprehensive financial oversight of existing loans, thereby supporting our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of mortgage loan renewals from start to finish

• Monitor and meet all renewal deadlines and important milestones

• Negotiate competitive pricing and terms for renewals

• Conduct financial analysis to assess portfolio viability

• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mortgage renewals or commercial lending

• Strong analytical and underwriting skills required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Open to relocation if residing outside of Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary
