Canada ICI is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Underwriter to enhance its Calgary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Structure mortgage opportunities with the Origination team
• Finalize mortgage investment brochures with accurate information
• Review commitment letters for compliance with executed Terms
• Manage funding processes with clear communication
• Analyze borrower financials to maximize loan proceeds
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Commerce or equivalent, majoring in Finance
• Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables
• Clear understanding of cash flow statements
