Director of Finance Systems at Clio

Lead the Finance Systems strategy with Clio, the leader in legal AI technology. This on-site role in Canada focuses on operational excellence and integration across key financial platforms.

As the Director of Finance Systems, you will oversee both core financial platforms and FP&A systems within our IT team. Your collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and other departments will ensure data integrity and compliance. You will drive innovation while maturing our finance architecture for scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own multi-year roadmap across Finance and FP&A systems

• Drive budgeting and annual planning for finance systems

• Lead and develop two managers and their teams

• Cultivate accountability and customer-centricity in the organization

• Ensure strategic ownership of core finance platforms

Requirements:

• 8-10 years in finance systems; 4+ years managing teams

• Expertise in Net Suite and finance tools

• Proven record of SOX and ITGC compliance

• Strong skills in EPM/FP&A platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
