This role encompasses managing corporate and partnership tax compliance while offering advisory services across various industries. You will engage in tax planning initiatives and lead critical compliance tasks to meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise U.S. corporate and partnership tax return preparation

• Conduct federal and state tax research and analysis

• Develop innovative tax planning strategies for various clients

• Lead the implementation of tax recommendations

• Build strong client relationships and maintain service excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of U.S. Tax experience

• U.S. CPA designation or equivalent

• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. tax laws and compliance

• Familiarity with tax research tools and applications

• Experience in REIT taxation or private equity is a plus
