Investment Banking Associate at BMO

As an Associate Analyst, you will report to the Managing Director and work on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will focus on integrating engineering and financial data while leading detailed analyses. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial and technical analyses

• Collaborate on marketing documents and client presentations

• Perform due diligence and client visits

• Create financial models for opportunity analysis

• Mentor and guide Analysts in the team

Requirements:

• 2 – 7 years relevant experience required

• Engineering or energy finance background preferred

• Direct investment banking experience in A&D

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills necessary

• Familiarity with programming or data analytics is a plus
