Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers for day-to-day banking advice
• Understand needs and guide to appropriate staff
• Educate on mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support cash and non-cash transaction handling
• Recommend improvements to customer experience
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office and branch software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities
