Position: Director of Loan Syndications at RBC
Shape financing solutions as the Director of Loan Syndications at RBC in Vancouver. Focus on structuring and marketing multi-bank debt for corporate clients across Canada.

In this senior role within the Corporate Client Group, you will evaluate and structure bank financing to meet diverse client needs. You'll manage relationships, project transactions, and support Senior Directors in generating new opportunities. Leveraging your expertise in mid-market finance, you will drive growth for the RBC Agency portfolio while adhering to best practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure bank financing arrangements for client objectives

• Manage critical client relationships and deal teams

• Project manage timely delivery of credit solutions

• Research and prepare transaction data for market insights

• Negotiate legal documentation with clients and banks

Requirements:

• 5+ years in corporate/commercial lending

• Bachelor's in Business, Economics, or Finance

• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Power Point

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
