In this pivotal Finance Business Partner role, you will partner closely with regional leadership to support financial performance and strategic initiatives across Wolseley Canada. Your responsibilities will include conducting scenario modeling, financial analyses, and preparing impactful presentations for executive leadership. Your analytical skills will be key to guiding investment decisions while simplifying complex data for operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to influence strategic financial decisions

• Conduct scenario modeling and ROI assessments

• Prepare integrated budgets based on operational realities

• Facilitate workshops to promote financial awareness

• Present regional performance insights to executives

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance or related field

• CPA designation (completed or in progress) preferred

• 5+ years in finance or business partnering

• Strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle or Tableau

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
