Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Develop dynamic financial models for business planning
• Review IFRS financial statements and forecasts
• Partner with department heads to align financial goals
• Prepare financial presentations for management and investors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–7 years in financial planning, including team management
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience in commercial office real estate preferred
• Proficiency with financial systems like Yardi Voyage
