As part of BDO's Personal Debt Solutions team, you will support the essential operations of the Proposals team. Your expertise will come into play through reviewing proposals, negotiating with creditors and debtors, and leading creditor meetings. This position also requires timely responses to debtors' inquiries and ensuring smooth proposal administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review consumer proposals for creditor acceptance

• Assist in negotiating proposal amendments with creditors

• Chair meetings of creditors and draft minutes

• Respond timely to debtor inquiries and questions

• Collaborate with team for effective proposal management

Requirements:

• One year of relevant experience in financial services

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Attention to detail in fast-paced settings

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Post-secondary education is an asset
