Finance Analyst for Non-Profit Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve finance processes and internal reporting frameworks

• Take ownership of key monthly accounting cycle tasks

• Support the preparation of financial reports for various stakeholders

• Optimize the use of Dynamics GP for finance operations

• Execute revenue processing, reconciliations, and allocations

Requirements:

• A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma

• At least three years of experience in finance operations or accounting

• Proven ability to improve and document finance processes

• Advanced Excel skills, especially in complex formulas

• Experience with accounting systems and financial fundamentals
