Senior Analyst, Finance Operations Expertise

Make an impact at Avenue Living Asset Management as a Senior Finance Operations Analyst, supporting our financial strategies in residential rentals. This position is pivotal for financial reporting and analysis.

Your role will involve preparing reports, facilitating the budgeting process, and delivering insights that guide Operations and Finance decisions. You will thrive in a collaborative environment focused on growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly NOI reports

• Support annual budgets and forecasts for operations

• Provide financial insights to leadership teams

• Manage purchase order processes and entries

• Support month-end close and CAPEX reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar; CPA is a plus

• Over 5 years in financial analysis or operations

• Expertise in budgeting, accrual accounting, and month-end processes

• Advanced Excel; experience with Yardi advantageous

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
