As the Controller at Lammle’s, you'll be instrumental in shaping the financial landscape of our multi-location retail operations. This role demands a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, requiring strong skills in accounting, financial analysis, and risk management. Candidates must possess 5+ years of relevant financial experience, preferably in retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate month-end and year-end financial reporting

• Oversee the annual budget process and cash flow

• Analyze financial data for senior management presentations

• Ensure compliance with tax and contractual obligations

• Maintain internal controls and optimize processes

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree and accounting certification

• 5+ years in progressively senior financial roles

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central required

• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
