In the role of Controller, you will manage the finance function, ensuring compliance and effective financial practices. Your Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with a CPA designation will facilitate your 10+ years of relevant experience in overseeing audits, budget preparation, and internal controls development. You will foster financial capability and contribute to strategic projects while managing the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and business cases for key initiatives

• Oversee financial audits and regulatory compliance

• Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity management

• Direct financial statements and management reporting

• Mentor and develop Finance team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of accounting/finance experience

• CPA designation required

• Strong familiarity with Sage Intacct preferred

• Proven experience in internal controls enhancement

• Ability to support strategic decision-making processes
