Position: AML Compliance Manager at MNP
Join MNP as an AML Compliance Manager and play a critical role in compliance and risk management. Utilize your knowledge in AML regulations to drive effective compliance strategies within the firm.

In this key position on the Legal & Risk Management team, you will ensure that MNP adheres to all AML regulations. Your responsibilities will include advising on compliance risks, updating procedures, and leading AML training initiatives. You will also monitor the regulatory environment to ensure our practices align with current requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AML compliance programs and internal guidance

• Serve as an advisor on emerging AML issues

• Enhance AML policies in line with regulations

• Lead the Coordination of Compliance Effectiveness Reviews

• Track and report on the AML regulatory landscape

Requirements:

• Four years of experience in AML/ATF compliance

• CAMS Certification preferred

• In-depth knowledge of Canadian AML legislation

• Ability to analyze compliance risks effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
