Reporting to the Director of Finance, this managerial position focuses on enhancing the Park's financial operations. You will lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and actionable financial insights while collaborating with various departments. This role requires a strong background in financial planning and analysis, along with effective business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the annual budget cycle across all departments

• Deliver quarterly forecasts with variance analysis

• Build business cases and costing analysis for new projects

• Maintain KPI reporting linking strategy to performance

• Lead and develop the Financial Analyst on the team

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Finance or related field

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A or costing experience

• Strong analytical and modeling skills

• CPA designation preferred

• Proven ability to communicate financial insights clearly
