Manager of Financial Analysis at Heritage Park

Join Heritage Park as a Manager of Financial Analysis and lead budgeting, forecasting, and analytics initiatives. This full-time role is vital for informed decision-making across departments.

As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Finance, driving the budgeting cycle and providing critical financial insights. Your expertise in FP&A will inform operational drivers and ensure accountability within Heritage Park's financial operations while developing team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the annual budget cycle with adherence to timelines

• Co-manage the labour budget with the People & Culture department

• Prepare insightful monthly financial analyses for leaders

• Develop innovative dashboard solutions for performance metrics

• Coach the Financial Analyst in best practices and methodologies

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

• At least 5 years in FP&A and business partnership

• Strong experience in financial modeling and BI tools

• Excellent communication skills with non-financial leaders

• Prior experience with seasonal revenue models is a plus
