Temporary Finance Operations Coordinator

Avenir Energy Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented Temporary Finance Operations Coordinator to enhance our Finance Operations team. Join us from September 2026 to April 2027 in supporting billing and invoicing tasks.

This role is essential for ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments, and inventory transactions while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficiency across finance operations. We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills and an adaptability to manage operational changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices and manage billing activities

• Monitor transaction submissions and investigate exceptions

• Maintain customer account and financial information

• Assist with inventory-related documentation

• Respond to inquiries and resolve account discrepancies
