This role will work 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely.

• Excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with advice for their day-to-day banking operations.
• Partner with VP, Relationship Management at RBCx and the Client Relationship Team to identify, plan & deliver the best solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client’s operational requirements.
• Participate in ongoing contact programs to forge strong relationships with clients by staying in touch, providing value-added service and meaningful advice.

• 3 to 5 years of Commercial business work experience or business banking in support and advisory functions.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience and demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role.
• Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and proven sales success

• Commercial Banking Advisor experience
• Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)
• Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred e.g. BBA,
  
  B. of Commerce or equivalent on-the-job learning.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
