Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong internal and external working relationships

• Enter trades using Dataphile trading platform

• Monitor compliance and suitability issues

• Manage tax and banking document workflows

• Prepare client account-related updates and inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as an Admin/Sales Assistant in finance

• CIRO Licensed (IR or RR) required;
Options preferred

• Strong capability to meet strict deadlines

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral

• Initiative in finding effective solutions and task ownership
