Position: CDI College Student Financial Planner
Shape the future of students at CDI College as a Student Financial Planner at our Calgary South campus. Provide essential funding guidance and support within a structured environment.

This full-time role focuses on advising students navigating financial aid options, ensuring they understand eligibility and application processes. You will manage financial aid documentation and uphold compliance with federal and provincial regulations, making your contributions significant in reducing loan default rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments to establish financial payment plans

• Serve as a primary resource for financial aid inquiries

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of applications

• Maintain expert knowledge of financial aid compliance

• Support student events including orientations and interviews

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related area

• Minimum 1-year experience in financial services or customer support

• Familiarity with provincial and federal funding programs is a plus

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively
