Position: M&A Vice President Role at BDO
Lead transformational change in M&A and Capital Markets with BDO as Vice President. This role centers on driving value and delivering exceptional service on complex transactions.
As the Vice President, M&A and Capital Markets, you will spearhead advisory assignments, conduct rigorous market and financial evaluations, and cultivate long-term client relationships. You will guide junior staff and explore new business prospects, contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day execution of advisory projects

• Maintain and develop key client relationships

• Perform detailed financial and market analysis

• Assist in identifying acquisition and investment targets

• Drive growth and mentorship within the team
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s with CPA, CFA or CBV designation

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience, 2 years in capital markets

• Strong initiative and detail orientation

• Autonomous and adaptive in fast-paced settings

• Travel readiness when required
