Economics & Investment Research Intern

Join AIMCo as an Economics & Investment Research Intern, where you will leverage your quantitative skills from May to August 2027. This role focuses on delivering impactful research supporting investment strategies.

In this full-time position, you'll apply your knowledge in macroeconomic research to enhance client portfolio management. Work closely with different internal teams to present data-driven findings and participate in crafting LLM-based research strategies. Your contributions will play a vital role in the firm's investment decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze macroeconomic data for client advice

• Assist in data gathering for investment projects

• Collaborate with various investment teams

• Prepare presentations on investment research

• Develop LLM strategy workflows

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative field

• Experience in R or Python programming

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Strong organization and time management abilities

• Background in finance beneficial
