• Function as the main contact for banking inquiries

• Assist with issues regarding account transactions

Requirements:

• Required college diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years in a financial services role

• Comfortable with digital banking platforms

• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written

• Preference for bilingual candidates in French
