As part of EY's multidisciplinary team, you will guide Canadian companies in Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SRED) initiatives and clean economy investments.

Your role involves analyzing tax eligibility, collaborating with engineers, and preparing robust funding submissions. You will leverage your tax knowledge to create sustainable economic and environmental impacts across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess project financial summaries for accuracy

• Analyze costs for tax credit eligibility and legislation

• Consult with engineers on project classifications

• Draft technical analyses and support tax positions

• Coach junior staff for assignment accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or law

• 4+ years of SRED or Canadian Corporate tax experience

• Professional accounting or legal credential is a plus
