We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. The CFO is a trusted business partner to the CEO, Global President, and senior leadership team, providing financial stewardship, strategic insight, and leadership to support the Company's growth, profitability, and long-term success.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury management, risk management, and corporate governance. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping business strategy while ensuring strong financial controls and operational excellence across the organization.

• Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of the Company's strategic plan.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth, acquisitions, capital investments, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with department leaders to align financial and operational objectives.
• Lead all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and business planning.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to the CEO, Global President, and Executive Leadership Team.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and cash management strategies.
• Oversee corporate insurance programs and risk management initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, audit, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
• Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors and advisors.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
