You sit at the intersection of accounting expertise, financial planning, and strategic analysis, serving as the subject matter expert that finance teams and internal leadership rely on every day. Your work spans forecasting, budgeting, risk analysis, and competitor benchmarking, all with the goal of keeping Bridgewater Bank’s financial strategy sharp and well-informed.

You don’t just analyze numbers, you interpret what they mean for the organization. Whether you’re leading ALM and interest rate risk reviews, developing and refining the annual forecast model, or assessing the impact of regulatory and competitive changes, you bring technical depth and business judgment in equal measure.

Working closely with finance teams, functional department managers, and executive leaders, you play a key role in translating complex financial concepts into clear recommendations, ensuring those at every level of the organization have what they need to make sound decisions.
