Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions

• Support business development initiatives within the private equity sector

Requirements:

• CPA designation or LLB;
Master of Taxation is preferred

• Minimum 6 years of experience in professional services

• Expertise in M&A transactions and tax structures

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of English for documentation and client interaction
