In this customer-focused role, you'll engage with TD customers by providing expert advice and guiding them towards the right financial services. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential, as you will assist customers with transactions and educational support on digital banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with day-to-day banking advice and services
• Guide clients to appropriate contacts for financial solutions
• Educate customers on mobile and online banking trends
• Support staff with cash and non-cash transaction issues
• Recommend operational improvements for better customer service
Requirements:
• High School diploma with 1+ years relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
• Strong communication skills with a customer service focus
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
