This role involves reporting to the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions while handling the entire M&A lifecycle. As a vital team member, you will identify acquisitions, perform valuations, and coordinate due diligence for strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify acquisition targets

• Build detailed financial models for evaluation

• Assist in managing due diligence processes

• Support drafting of investment documentation

• Help integrate new companies into Dillon’s culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Emotional intelligence for integration tasks

• Proactive in leveraging AI for financial solutions
