In this position, you will manage all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, acting as a crucial advisor to the Plant Manager. Your strong finance background, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in manufacturing, will facilitate effective financial strategies, including cost accounting and continuous improvement practices. You will drive changes that support better decision-making and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive forecasting and planning functions for the plant
• Analyze financial and operating results against budgets
• Compile financial reports, including Monthly Business Reviews
• Support annual cost roll and track operational performance
• Collaborate with leaders to validate cost savings initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of manufacturing finance experience
• Strong skills in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP
• Excellent Excel proficiency
