This full-time position requires strong Finance knowledge and customer service skills. As UService Finance Advisor, you'll resolve inquiries, document interactions, and use systems like People Soft and Service Now. You will also participate in cross-training opportunities, expanding your support skills across various UService areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver prompt, professional service for Finance inquiries
• Support Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Supply Chain queries
• Resolve client requests using established procedures
• Document case notes and maintain ticket hygiene
• Assist clients navigating Finance systems and self-service tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Administration preferred
• 3-5 years in a customer service or Finance role
• Familiarity with People Soft and financial processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Commitment to diversity and respectful service
