Job Description Basin Glacial Waters is a brand new, highly anticipated Wellness Facility that will offer guests a truly luxurious experience. As part of our Facility team you will have the opportunity to interact with patrons while providing a once in a lifetime experience while also adhering to specific standards and supporting the overall success of the department.

Duties Include:
Reporting to the Facility Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for maintaining the Basin premises; clean, replenish stock of all amenities, toiletries and linens and answer any guest inquiriesSupport in dispensing robes, towels and sandals to guestsEnsuring that all public areas of the facility are clean and reflect a luxury experience for our guestsSupport the Lounge Servers in clearingMaintain locker rooms in a tidy manner, check and clean lockers when neededDirect members/guests to appointments and assist them with use of sauna, steam whirlpool etc.Other duties as assignedQualifications
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an assetDemonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervisionHave excellent interpersonal/communication skills, are polite and friendlyAre dedicated to a high level of customer service and attention to detailMust be able to lift, carry and pull over 30+ lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift. Motions include: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, climbing up and down the stairs.Additional Information
