Hotel Arts is seeking motivated guest service professionals to excel in our Front Desk operations. In this role, you'll interact with guests, resolve their inquiries, and ensure their stay is nothing short of excellent. You'll need to manage reservations, fulfill special requests, and collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively address all guest concerns with professionalism
• Review and manage guest reservations and account rates
• Facilitate check-in and check-out services smoothly
• Balance cash floats and handle monetary transactions accurately
• Provide information on local activities and events
Requirements:
• Flexible schedule required for shifts during evenings and weekends
• 1-2+ years in front office, housekeeping, or hospitality
• Familiarity with Opera or similar systems preferred
• Hospitality Management degree/diploma desirable
• Strong communication and a passion for service
