We’re looking for a Shift Lead / Floor Manager who can lead the room, elevate the guest experience, and support the team during high-energy service.

This is a hands‑on leadership role
.

• Handling guest issues
• Keeping service smooth and elevated

• Lead shifts and act as the point person during service
• Support hosts, servers, and bartenders in real time
• Ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience
• Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
• Monitor flow of service (simulators, bar, seating)
• Jump in wherever needed during busy periods
• Maintain team energy, standards, and accountability
• Assist with opening/closing procedures

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar)
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills
• Confident handling of guest situations and complaints
• High energy and ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment
• Team‑first mindset with strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and pride in execution
• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Days, evenings, and weekends required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
