Join Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise as a Housekeeping Supervisor. This permanent role pays $27.68 per hour and focuses on improving cleanliness and team performance.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Fairmont, you will lead and supervise various attendants while ensuring that all guest and staff areas meet luxury cleanliness standards. You’ll address guest feedback effectively, provide coaching to your team, and maintain necessary communication across departments to enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all areas of the Housekeeping Department

• Uphold Fairmont's superior cleanliness standards in all areas

• Resolve service issues and respond to guest requests promptly

• Coach and train staff while offering consistent performance evaluations

• Participate in daily briefings and department meetings

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel supervisory role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera a plus

• Physically capable of performing duties including lifting

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed

• Authorization to work in Canada
