In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing policies and procedures that streamline hotel operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Your duties will cover staff recruitment, supplier negotiations, financial monitoring, and customer complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop procedures for seamless daily operations
• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients
• Prepare budget plans and oversee financial performance
• Coordinate and manage hotel events and activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree as a must
• 7 months to a year of relevant experience
• Client-focused and adaptable to various situations
• Strong teamwork skills for a collaborative environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings
