We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor with a minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a clean and inviting environment for guests.

Your role will involve supervising Room Attendants, conducting training, and ensuring all areas are maintained impeccably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality service to guests and associates

• Inspect rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness

• Lead and train housekeeping employees effectively

• Facilitate pre-shift meetings and distribute assignments

• Maintain organization of linen and laundry areas

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience in housekeeping

• Hospitality or Tourism degree preferred

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
